This DVD is ABC News’ formal memorial to Peter Jennings. As a kid, I first watched Jennings in 1967 when he was the 27 year-old autodidactic anchorman going up against the well known titans at CBS and NBC. And in the late 1960’s ABC was very much the last place youth network. This DVD is a snap shot of ABC News’ transformation and growth over the last generation. Jennings’ work transformed and grew with it. And this memorial shows that story.
