Patient was diagnosed with hepatocellular carcinoma. There was 8.7 X 6.6 X 10 cm tumour in segment 6 & 7 of liver. Caudate lobe rupture, peritoneal nodules, portal vein thrombosis. portal and para-aortic lymph nodes, splenomegaly and probable splenic metastases.
