This is the most ridiculous way to practice yoga.. Yoga never teaches that to attain postures u should do that kind of freaky thing… The Ancient Creator of Yoga Mr. Patanjali has said that Yogic postures should be attained by slow and gradual practice n not in such a hapazard way. Yoga is more about balancing in postures by u’rself n not by any external mean.. This is not so gud..
